Red Glitter lips - where burlesque meets Drag. The best way to have glittery lips is to forget about the sparkly lipstcks and just go with glitter. Do your lipstick as normal, top with Lipcote (or another lipstick sealer), or spirit gum and then dab on the glitter. (I find the best way is with a dedicated lipstick brush). And be prepared for a lot of sparkle in your life...
