A week behind due to a fabulous weekend away in Kent last weekend, but better late then never (as the football coach said to the national team).

This week, along with nearly everyone else on the planet, I'm swooning over the i-phone4. Having to wait a couple of weeks to get one but really looking forward to it. I do adore Apple products even if I do wish they could grow up a bit when it comes to Flash...

 
I'm starting hunting for my wedding cake and have fallen in love with the fabulous cakes at Maison Blanc (www.maisonblanc.co.uk/) - how gorgeous are they? And in my hunt for cakes I decided to pass on the address of my favouite blogs, www.foodbeam.combeautiful. 

 
And what week wouldn't be complete without some music to listen to as I try to recreate some of those fabulous cakes in the Kitchen. Luckily one of my favourite bands, the very talented 'Apocalyptica' is gearing to launch their new album "7th Symphony" and have started releasing the odd track online.
